These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of NotifyConnection (the “Service”), operated by Super Genii, Inc. (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

2. Your organization and your data

You retain ownership of the contacts, appointments, message templates, and other content you add to the Service (“Your Data”). You grant us the limited right to store, process, and transmit Your Data solely to operate the Service on your behalf — for example, to deliver the reminders you schedule.

3. Sending messages

You are solely responsible for the messages you send through the Service and for having a lawful basis to contact each recipient. You represent that you have obtained any consent required by applicable law, including telecommunications and anti-spam regulations governing email and SMS in your jurisdiction. 4. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party providers such as email and SMS gateways and calendar platforms. When you connect your own provider credentials or calendar account, your use of those services is governed by their terms, and you are responsible for any fees they charge.

5. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but it is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes where practical.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Super Genii, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service — including any missed, delayed, or undelivered notification. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms. On termination, we will delete or return Your Data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
