This policy explains what NotifyConnection, operated by Super Genii, Inc., collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information — your name, email address, password (stored hashed), and organization details.
• Contact records you add — names, email addresses, and phone numbers of the people you schedule.
• Scheduling data — appointments, participants, message templates, and delivery history.
• Provider credentials — if you connect your own email or SMS provider, or a calendar account, those credentials are stored encrypted at rest.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, and log data used to secure and operate the Service.

How we use it

We use this information to operate the Service: to deliver the reminders and notifications you schedule, to authenticate you, to provide support, to prevent abuse, and to improve reliability. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the contact records you upload for our own marketing.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run the platform — such as email and SMS delivery gateways, hosting, and error monitoring — and only as needed to perform those functions. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users.

Your recipients

When you send a reminder, the recipient receives the message content you configured along with a secure, randomly generated link that lets them confirm or cancel that specific appointment. These links do not require a login and do not expose other data in your account.

Security

Data is transmitted over TLS. Provider credentials and calendar tokens are encrypted at rest. Access to production systems is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

Retention and deletion

We keep Your Data while your account is active. You can delete contacts, appointments, and templates at any time from within the app. When you close your account, we delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain records to comply with legal obligations.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. Contact us and we will respond in line with applicable law.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to protect forms against cross-site request forgery. Registration is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms.
